Job Opportunity: Spanish Customer Service (Finance & Accounting)
Position: Spanish Customer Service
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Band: BPO 3
Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with strong Spanish language proficiency (B2 level mandatory) to support Finance & Accounting operations. The role involves handling communication with Spanish-speaking clients, invoice processing, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle emails in Spanish and English and process invoices for approval
Support AP, AR, and R2R processes and remote migration activities
Coordinate with Spanish-speaking clients for approvals and issue resolution
Resolve purchase order-related queries by collaborating with stakeholders
Translate and interpret client requirements from Spanish to English and vice versa
Provide timely and accurate support to clients
Required Skills
B2 level proficiency in Spanish (Mandatory)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to translate and interpret effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good to Have
Background in Finance & Accounting
Knowledge of:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record to Report (R2R)
General Ledger, Journal Entries, Reconciliation
Fixed Assets
Exposure to Oracle
Candidate Criteria
Graduation is compulsory
Spanish language must be clearly mentioned in CV
Candidates with prior TCS/Tata experience are not eligible
