Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Blue Collar (TA) Hiring Manager to lead blue-collar recruitment operations for the Tata Motors Plant. The role involves managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition, stakeholder coordination, sourcing, screening, workforce planning, and team management while ensuring timely hiring, compliance with labour laws, and achievement of hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Collar recruitment activities.

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.

• Travel to ITI institutes to build talent pipelines and conduct hiring drives.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Manage recruitment for NAPS, NATS, and temporary workforce (preferred).

• Lead and manage a recruitment team of 15 members across multiple locations.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hiring policies.

• Utilize SAP, MS Excel, and Outlook for recruitment tracking and reporting.

• Deliver hiring targets within agreed SLAs and timelines.
