Lead Finance Operations
Are you an experienced finance professional with expertise in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting? Join as an Associate Manager – RTR and lead high-performing finance teams responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening governance, and driving process excellence for global clients.

What You'll Do
As the Associate Manager – RTR, you will lead end-to-end Record to Report operations while ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Financial Close & Reporting
Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
Ensure adherence to financial close calendars, SLAs, and reporting deadlines.
Prepare and review trial balances, financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Support statutory reporting, group consolidation, and corporate reporting requirements.
General Ledger & Financial Accounting
Oversee General Ledger operations and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Govern chart of accounts, accounting treatments, and balance sheet accuracy.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or applicable local accounting standards.
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex financial transactions.
Balance Sheet & Reconciliation Management
Lead the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, including:
Bank Reconciliations
Intercompany Accounts
Fixed Assets
Payroll
Tax
Other key balance sheet accounts
Drive timely resolution of aged reconciliation items and accounting variances.
Strengthen reconciliation quality through continuous monitoring and control improvements.
Intercompany Accounting
Manage intercompany accounting activities, including postings, reconciliations, confirmations, settlements, and eliminations.
Resolve intercompany mismatches and foreign currency differences in collaboration with global finance teams.
Ensure compliance with intercompany accounting policies and reporting standards.
Fixed Assets Accounting
Oversee capitalization, depreciation, asset transfers, disposals, and impairment accounting.
Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and asset management procedures.
Review fixed asset reconciliations and subledger close activities.
Audit, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and audit responses.
Maintain SOX compliance and strengthen financial control frameworks.
Identify process risks and implement effective remediation plans.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop RTR professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Manage team performance, workload allocation, coaching, and career development.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate finance processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, or other digital transformation tools.
Support finance process transitions, migrations, and stabilization projects.
Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and compliance.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Payroll, and Business Finance teams.
Serve as the primary escalation point for accounting and financial reporting matters.
Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
7–10 years of progressive experience in:
Record to Report (RTR)
General Ledger Accounting
Financial Reporting
Financial Accounting
Prior experience leading finance teams within:
Shared Services
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Global Capability Centers (GCC)
Multinational organizations
Strong knowledge of:
IFRS
US GAAP
Financial Reporting
Internal Controls
Balance Sheet Governance
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as:
SAP
Oracle
BlackLine
PeopleSoft
Other enterprise finance systems
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
