About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Buyer – Supply Chain Management with expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), RFQ, RFP, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, and Supply Chain Operations. This role is ideal for procurement professionals with experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, ERP-based procurement processes, and global stakeholder interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing.
Execute RFQ/RFP activities with non-contracted suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and delivery terms.
Create and manage Purchase Orders through ERP systems while ensuring process compliance.
Conduct supplier negotiations and support Supplier Performance Management initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and resolve operational issues.
Perform demand forecasting, spend analysis, and volume allocation to optimize procurement strategies.
Ensure procurement activities align with the Right Price, Right Place, Right Time, and Right Quantity (4R Principle).
Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen global sourcing capabilities.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Support procurement governance, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing.
Strong hands-on experience with Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), RFQ, RFP, and Procurement Operations.
Experience using ERP systems for procurement processes.
Strong supplier negotiation, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in supplier evaluation, pricing analysis, and benchmarking.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Any Graduate or above.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
4–7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in PR, PO, RFQ, RFP, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Must be a Graduate.
Must be willing to work from the office in Powai, Mumbai on a permanent US Shift (5:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST).
