Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join our Finance & Accounting team as a Finance Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for supporting general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, knowledge of financial statements, and an understanding of applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

• Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.

• Support general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.

• Support financial analysis and reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable accounting policies.

• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting schedules.

• Support internal financial controls and compliance procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger.

• Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Knowledge of financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.

• Understanding of Ind AS / IFRS accounting standards.

• Knowledge of auditing and internal controls.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of R2R processes.

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other ERP accounting systems.

• Practical accounting exposure through CA articleship.
