CA fresher

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and account reconciliations.

• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Support preparation and review of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting transactions.

• Apply relevant accounting standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.

• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.

• Follow internal financial controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.

• Support financial reporting and documentation activities.

• Use MS Excel for financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

• Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Understanding of financial statements, P&L, and Balance Sheet.

• Knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).

• Understanding of auditing and internal financial controls.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• Freshly qualified CAs with 0–1 year of experience are eligible.
