Campaign Scheduling Specialist – Broadcast & Media Ops
Location: Mumbai, India | Work Setup: Onsite

Position Overview
Lead execution and delivery of Linear / Radio advertising campaigns. Own traffic coordination, ad scheduling, and campaign management to ensure seamless broadcast and client objective delivery. Manage complex schedules and high-volume campaigns across traditional TV/Radio platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic Coordination & Asset Management: Oversee trafficking/delivery of creative assets as per tech specs and deadlines. Verify broadcast & client compliance, resolve discrepancies. Troubleshoot traffic issues with Broadcast Ops for rapid resolution
- Quality Assurance & Scheduling: Ensure accurate ad placement and airing per agreed parameters. Prevent overbooking, duplication, or misplacement. Build detailed ad schedules balancing client needs, inventory, and regulatory guidelines
- Optimization & Conflict Resolution: Optimize schedules for reach, minimize waste, and meet campaign goals. Manage last-minute changes, breaking news, or special programming disruptions. Ensure competitive separation and content compliance
- Reporting & Insights: Generate post-campaign reports on audience delivery, compliance, and reach. Analyze trends and recommend improvements for ROI. Share feedback with Sales/Creative on innovation/process gaps
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media [TV/Radio/Broadcasting], Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Experience: 2–8 years in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling for Linear TV/Radio/Broadcast media. Proven track record with high-volume campaigns and complex scheduling
Technical Skills
Traffic management systems: WideOrbit, IBMS, Aquira or similar. Advanced Excel for data insights. Familiarity with Nielsen, OzTAM or media measurement tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong organization & multitasking, High attention to detail, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Problem-solving in high-pressure situations, Effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
