1. Manage project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and cost control activities for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.

2. Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets, project cost estimates, forecasts, variance analysis, and cost optimization recommendations.

3. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking.

4. Monitor project performance through KPI dashboards, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), monthly progress reports, and management reporting.

5. Coordinate with procurement teams and stakeholders for bid evaluations, cost benchmarking, regulatory compliance, and project governance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Power Utilities, EPC, or Transmission & Distribution projects.

• Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.

• Excellent knowledge of project cost estimation, risk management, scheduling, and project controls.

• Understanding of CEA, CERC, and State Utility regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Cost Control is an added advantage.
