Shift: AU/NZ Time Zone (Early morning shifts – 4/5 AM onwards)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to design and implement compliance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to organizational and client requirements. The role involves stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement compliance frameworks aligned with business and organizational needs
Execute activities as per client Statement of Work (SOW)
Conduct compliance assessments and risk evaluations
Ensure adherence to TAT and accuracy targets
Prepare dashboards and governance reports for tracking compliance status
Drive closure of open audit and compliance points
Provide regular updates to clients and participate in governance calls
Prepare and present compliance decks in stakeholder meetings
Collaborate with operations teams to identify process gaps and implement controls

Required Skills (Must Have)

Compliance Audit & Framework design
Process Control & Design
Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Stakeholder Management

Good to Have

Compliance presentations & executive reporting
Audit handling experience
Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement knowledge
Cross-functional collaboration

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Eligibility Criteria

8–12 years of experience in Compliance & Risk
Education:
- 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
Certification in Compliance (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders
High accountability and proactive mindset

Other Requirements

Willingness to work in ANZ shift (early morning)
Flexible and adaptable to business needs
Positive attitude and team collaboration
Mandatory Work from Office

Compensation (CTC)

₹10 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience, current CTC, and interview performance)

Candidates with prior experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) are not eligible to apply
