**Job Description:**
A Brand‑Immersed Content SME acts as the single‑threaded owner of brand knowledge within content operations, deeply embedded with brand teams. The role ensures that content strategy, messaging, and execution are brand‑true, contextually accurate, and operationally feasible, by working directly with brand stakeholders and translating intent into high‑quality, scalable content outcomes.

This role goes beyond execution or quality control- it is strategic enablement through immersion.

Building effective strategies for Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/ Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement across online/ offline channels through focused campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the primary custodian of brand knowledge within content operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy of brand voice.
+ Develop and refine content strategies by deeply understanding brand vision, values, and positioning.
+ Partner with brand teams, marketing, and SMEs to translate strategic intent into compelling, scalable content.
+ Guide the creative execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
+ Identify and implement best practices for engaging KOLs and healthcare audiences across multiple channels.
+ Ensure all content is contextually accurate, operationally feasible, and aligned with business and marketing goals.
+ Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in brand content.

**Ideal Background:**
*Education:* Minimum science degree or equivalent. *Desirable:* MSc, PhD, Pharmacy, or MD.

**Experience:**
12 to 16 years of experience in brand content, marketing, or strategy, ideally in healthcare or a scientific field. Deep understanding of brand strategy, voice, and guidelines. Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful, scalable content. Strong
collaboration skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail. Familiarity with healthcare audiences, KOL engagement, and multichannel campaign strategies.
