Contract Lifecycle Management Analyst – Contract Upload & Maintenance

About the Role
Be the custodian of our contractual universe. As a CLM Analyst, you’ll own the accuracy and accessibility of every executed contract, amendment, SOW, and NDA within our Contract Lifecycle Management system. Your work ensures that legal, procurement, and business teams can instantly find, track, and act on the agreements that drive our company forward. From uploading documents to maintaining critical metadata and milestones, you’ll build a contract repository that’s visible, searchable, and fully compliant. What You’ll Do
Contract Upload & Repository Management
Upload executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, addendums, and supporting documents into the CLM tool, ensuring correct classification (MSA, SOW, Amendment, NDA).
Maintain a well‑structured repository with consistent naming conventions, document version control, and proper parent–child relationships between MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.
Metadata & Lifecycle Maintenance
Capture and update key contract metadata: title, ID, parties, legal entities, effective/expiration dates, renewal terms, contract value, currency, status, and ownership.
Configure and maintain key dates and milestones—renewals, terminations, notice periods—and support alerts/reminders to keep stakeholders proactively informed.
Perform periodic data quality checks to ensure records are complete, consistent, and compliant with governance requirements.
Stakeholder Support & Quality Control
Act as BAU support for contract upload queries, data updates, and access requests, communicating clearly with Legal, Procurement, and Business teams.
Manage repetitive operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy, following through until every contract record meets standard.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 2–4 years of hands‑on work with Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Icertis, Ariba CLM, Coupa CLM, Sirion, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
Contract Structure Know‑How: Strong understanding of contract types and hierarchies—MSA, SOW, Amendments, NDAs—and how they interrelate.
Data Accuracy & Detail Orientation: An eye for precision when capturing metadata, verifying documents, and performing quality checks. You take pride in getting it right the first time.
Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel for trackers and reconciliation; comfort navigating CLM systems and learning new tools quickly.
Communication & Problem‑Solving: Excellent verbal and written English. You’ll interact with legal and procurement stakeholders, resolve data discrepancies, and manage queries independently.
Mindset: Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks with minimal supervision. You see the big picture: a well‑maintained contract repository reduces risk and accelerates deal execution.
