Customer Service Executive
Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- For fresher applicants: Completion of graduation with a minimum of six months of relevant experience.
- For experienced applicants: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
