HR Reporting & MIS Specialist
Location: Bangalore OR Mumbai, India | Work Setup: Onsite, US Shift
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 3 | Experience: 4–8 Years

Position Overview
Own HR Reporting and MIS for global stakeholders. Prepare reports, dashboards, and custom datasets with accuracy. Provide data-driven insights to HRBPs and leadership with strong English communication and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards
- Process Excellence: Continuously improve reporting processes, data definitions, and standard reports. Document SOPs and step guides
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global HRBPs and stakeholders. Address ad-hoc data requests and special projects
- SLA & KPI Management: Meet/exceed SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high data quality standards
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure policy adherence and confidentiality. Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 5–7 years in HR Reporting, MIS, or Data Analysis
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau & Cognos, Basic Workday Reports, Documentation Validation
- Competencies: Global stakeholder management, Process improvement, SLA/KPI adherence, Exceptional English communication, Strong attention to detail & analytical skills[Mandatory]
Working Conditions
- Shift: US Hours: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. Onsite only. No WFH
- Flexibility: Must be open to extended hours to meet deadlines
