Customer Collections Associate – International Process

Job Summary

TCS is hiring International Voice Collections Specialists for its Gurgaon delivery centre. This position is suitable for candidates experienced in international customer interaction and B2B/B2C collections. The selected candidates will manage customer payment follow-ups, resolve billing and invoice disputes, support reconciliation activities, and coordinate with internal teams to improve collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international customers for outstanding invoice recovery.

• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain regular customer communication.

• Address customer concerns related to invoices, billing, and payment status.

• Identify and investigate payment discrepancies and collection disputes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and account-related issues.

• Handle payment applications, invoice adjustments, and reconciliation activities.

• Support PO changes, invoice splitting, credit rebills, and pre-bill activities.

• Maintain collection trackers and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned daily activities.

Required Skills

• Experience in international voice collections (B2B/B2C).

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of payment follow-ups and overdue invoice management.

• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Must be comfortable with night shifts.

• Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office (100% WFO).
