Join a dynamic customer support operation where you’ll engage with customers across voice, webchat, messaging, email, and back-office channels. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, handling different customer situations, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

* Graduate preferred with 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
* Undergraduates may be considered based on relevant experience and process requirements.
* 1–5 years of customer service/contact center experience preferred.
* Strong spoken and written English communication.
* Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions.
* Willing to work from office, rotational shifts, night shifts, and rotational week-offs.
* International customer service experience is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, webchat, messaging, email, and back-office channels.
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, billing and service-related concerns.
* Deliver accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.
* Manage live conversations while meeting quality, response time, and resolution targets.
* Document customer interactions accurately in relevant systems.
* Investigate issues, identify appropriate solutions, and take ownership through resolution.
* Handle priority or vulnerable-customer interactions where applicable.
* Maintain customer privacy and follow process and compliance guidelines.
* Consistently meet operational KPIs including quality, customer satisfaction, resolution, efficiency, and response time.
