We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
Location - Mumbai
salary - 30k - 45k
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving their issues effectively and efficiently.
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an international BPO environment, preferably in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
