CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – BPO
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Onsite
Experience: 1–3 Years BPO Experience
Location: Multiple Locations Across the Philippines

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our BPO operations across the Philippines. The successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting company quality and performance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and account guidelines.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Strong BPO/customer service skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of BPO experience, preferably in customer service or a related account.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and customer service systems.
- Willing to work 100% onsite.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
- High School/Senior High School graduate or college-level/graduate, depending on account requirements.
