: Customer Service Representative (Chat / Call Process)
Location: Mumbai, India
Responsibilities:
- Chat and Call Support: Engage with customers via live chat and phone calls to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' issues, analyze their needs, and provide effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to accurately answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (fresher with no experience are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and maintain composure during challenging interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions.
- Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple chats or calls simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
