Job Title : Customer Service Executive | International Voice Process | Hyderabad
Job Description :
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates with strong international customer support experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business goals.
Candidates with experience in SaaS support, subscription management, billing, cross-selling, upselling, and technical customer support will have an added advantage.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: International Voice Experience Required
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions through voice support.
Resolve customer queries with a focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).
Assist customers with account access, billing, subscriptions, refunds, and product-related issues.
Support software installation, activation, and troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Escalate complex issues and provide timely follow-up until resolution.
Meet operational KPIs, including CSAT, quality, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
Graduate (Mandatory).
Experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 preferred).
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Experience with cross-selling and upselling is preferred.
Immediate joiners only.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
