Responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance your performance.
Qualifications:
- HSC + 1 Year Experience in BPO
- Graduates + 9 Months Experience in BPO Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of customer interactions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
