Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat, resolve issues, and process billing efficiently. 0-2 yrs BPO experience required. Rotational shifts, including weekends. Immediate joiners preferred. Onsite work with a performance bonus.Bachelor’s degree, 0-2 yrs BPO (Voice), strong English, CRM & typing skills, problem-solving, billing & query handling. Rotational shifts (nights/weekends). Immediate joiners preferred.
