Role: Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (GWS SME)

Location: Indore OR Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (depending on current CTC & relevant experience)

We are hiring Google Workspace Subject Matter Experts for a leading global technology client.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Hands-on experience as a Google Workspace Administrator

Strong expertise in Google Workspace Billing, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and administration

In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace Mail (Gmail) administration and issue resolution

Ability to handle escalations and act as L2/L3 support for Google Workspace-related queries

Excellent communication skills and customer-handling experience in an international voice process

Certification in Google Workspace Administrator (AGWA) is highly preferred

Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts and a 6-day working week
