Role: Data Engineer
Band: BPO5
Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 5 years of relevant Data Engineering experience)
Location: PAN India
Shift: General Shift
Salary: Up to ₹16–17 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Build ETL/ELT workflows and automate data integration processes.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop data solutions using Python/R, SQL, NoSQL, Apache Spark (Databricks).
Manage data warehouses and data lakes (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data integration and analytics.
Implement data quality, integrity, and validation checks.
Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, and data transformation processes.
Support visualization, reporting, and large-scale data processing.
Follow SOPs, GCP guidelines, and project quality standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of Data Engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Python or R, SQL, and NoSQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Apache Spark (Databricks).
Knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, and Data Lakes.
Experience with GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, APIs, XML, and JSON.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Hadoop.
Experience developing R Shiny or Python Apps.
Agile development experience.
R or Python certification.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Biology, or any related technical/healthcare field.
Graduation is mandatory.
