Job Description
Hiring: Delivery Manager – Capital Markets
Location: Thane
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Band: BPO 5/6
Eligibility: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global delivery of Company Financial Reports and Capital Markets operations.
- Manage large teams of 100–200 members across geographies.
- Drive client relationships, SLAs, delivery excellence and performance.
- Oversee cluster P&L, staffing, training and business growth.
- Identify new opportunities and drive process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, equity capital markets and financial information services.
- Proven leadership, analytical, client management and communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale operations and multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility to work across shifts.
Note: Ex-TCS employees are not eligible. PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation.
