Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end operations, client delivery, people management, process governance, and continuous improvement for Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong Sales Order Management and Supply Chain knowledge, along with experience managing teams, client relationships, KPIs, governance, process excellence, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure delivery requirements are met.
Manage teams including recruitment, mentoring, training, performance management, and attrition.
Manage day-to-day operations, processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Own key KPIs and drive actions to improve operational performance.
Prepare and present QBRs, MBRs, leadership decks, governance updates, and performance reviews.
Drive process excellence, automation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Maintain audit readiness and a strong compliance mindset.
Support contract administration and ensure day-to-day SCM activities are delivered as agreed.
Establish process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Manage client communications, governance calls, escalations, and performance discussions.
Align operational delivery with business priorities and contractual SLAs.
Identify process gaps, analyze error trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive business continuity and operational risk management.

Required Skills & Experience

9–12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management / BPO operations.
Strong understanding of Sales Order Management and customer-focused operations.
Good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain functions.
Experience managing Sales Order Management processes and operational teams.
Strong understanding of order entry and order lifecycle management.
Experience managing KPIs, quality, productivity, SLA, and operational metrics.
Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process improvement, automation, quality controls, and risk mitigation.
Ability to analyze performance trends and convert metrics into actionable improvement plans.
Experience with staffing, training, coaching, and developing team members and future leaders.
Strong governance, compliance, audit readiness, and business continuity mindset.

Preferred

Strong SCM domain knowledge.
Experience handling regional/multi-team Sales Order Management operations.
Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
