Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Team Lead to manage end-to-end supply planning and network operations for an assigned area or category. The role involves leading planning professionals, ensuring inventory performance, maintaining planning data accuracy, coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency through digital tools and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day activities of Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring effective supply execution and inventory performance.

• Manage supply planning, inventory, sourcing coordination, and master data activities.

• Ensure timely service delivery and achievement of operational performance metrics.

• Identify and resolve supply risks, constraints, and planning exceptions.

• Maintain accurate planning parameters, master data, and system records.

• Coordinate with demand and supply teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Drive the adoption of digital planning tools, analytics dashboards, and automation solutions.

• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure SOP compliance, documentation accuracy, and master data governance.

• Provide performance updates and data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support business continuity through backup planning and operational discipline.

• Coach team members and support capability development through regular performance reviews.
