JOB TITLE : DERM Lead

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced DERM Lead to drive Delivery Excellence, data-driven operations, quality management, Lean Six Sigma, process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives for client accounts. The role will focus on improving business value and productivity, strengthening quality management systems, driving innovation and automation, and ensuring effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive a data-driven culture across operations through quality tools, methodologies, and training.
Drive Delivery Excellence initiatives to achieve high client satisfaction.
Facilitate deployment of Quality Management Systems, including ISO and CMMI practices.
Drive business process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Conduct thought-leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmaps for client accounts.
Lead and mentor process improvement projects to deliver business value and productivity improvements.
Build competencies in QMS, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation techniques.
Drive innovation and automation projects.
Identify and mitigate process risks through effective risk-management frameworks.
Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Delivery Excellence initiatives.
Support data analytics, automation, machine learning, and AI initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications :

9–15 years of experience with proven expertise in business problem-solving and delivering significant business value.
Service industry experience is required.
At least 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional in FAO processes.
Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma techniques and automation.
Experience in data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.
QMS, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Agile, Digital, or PMP certifications are advantageous.
M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA, or Engineering background with proven Black Belt or Transformation expertise in FAO processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong program-management and networking skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach.
Willingness to work in all shifts and travel to different locations based on business requirements.
