Employee Master Data Team Lead Jobs Pune | SAP HCM | 12 LPA

About the role

We are hiring an Employee Master Data (MDM) Team Lead in Pune to run and review employee master data transactions in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). You will handle employee data changes, reconcile records, resolve discrepancies, find the root cause of recurring data issues and publish MIS reports and dashboards. You will also keep data governance, SOX and audit requirements on track. The role suits an HR operations or data professional with 6 to 10 years of experience who is ready to lead a team. The salary is up to ₹12 LPA.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities
  
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central
  
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  
• Run Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring data issues
  
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
  
• Make sure data governance, SOX and audit requirements are followed
  
• Support stakeholders and take part in continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Guide and review the work of team members
  

Required qualifications and experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, employee master data or related work
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) (mandatory)
  
• Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability (mandatory)
  
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation and MIS reporting
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  
• Strong written and verbal English
  
• Graduate in any discipline
  

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to data quality and governance frameworks
  
• SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification
