Role Overview

TCS is hiring an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager (Telecom – B2B) to lead end-to-end Lead-to-Activate delivery operations for enterprise telecom customers. The role focuses on customer delivery, order fulfillment, service activation, supplier coordination, SLA management, operational governance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across complex enterprise delivery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Lead-to-Activate delivery operations.
Drive customer engineering, solution validation, and order readiness.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Planning, Billing, and Support teams.
Manage enterprise customer deliveries from order acceptance to service activation.
Oversee supplier and vendor coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor SLAs, delivery milestones, backlog, and ageing orders.
Manage escalations, delivery risks, and jeopardy resolution.
Ensure billing readiness and successful service handover.
Drive process improvements, RCA, automation, and operational governance.
Maintain service data quality, reporting, and operational visibility.

6–8 years of experience in Telecom B2B Service Delivery.
