Qualification
- 12–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- CPA / CA / CWA desirable
- Experience working with global stakeholders and quick turnaround deadlines
Key Skills
- Strong Finance & Accounting knowledge
- PTP, OTC & RTR operations
- Payroll, Project Costing & Treasury
- 10+ years of team handling / people management
- Strong analytical, decision-making & problem-solving skills
- SLA & KPI management
- Escalation & performance management
- Stakeholder & client management
- Process improvement & transformation
- Multiple ERP exposure
- Audit & financial compliance
- SOX compliance & corporate governance
- Six Sigma Green Belt exposure is an advantage
- BCP handling experience preferred
- KT / Transition experience is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken & written English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage F&A towers including PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing & Treasury
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial close
- Manage statutory & internal audits, GFCs and compliance
- Handle corporate governance, audit observations, tax audits and regulatory reporting
- Manage stakeholders across multiple countries
- Drive SLA/KPI reviews and governance meetings
- Lead and mentor teams, including performance discussions and issue resolution
- Monitor reconciliations, book closure, financial analysis and fixed assets
- Ensure accounting records and controls are maintained
- Ensure adherence to SOX and financial controls
- Drive process improvement and transformation
- Manage exceptions and support continuous improvement
- Conduct periodic training for process and policy changes
