Job Overview

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers with a strong foundation in financial accounting, General Ledger (GL), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

The selected candidate will support finance and accounting operations, including month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal control activities. Candidates should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, auditing, and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger accounting activities.

• Assist with month-end and period-end closing activities.

• Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Support balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

• Develop an understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets.

• Apply relevant accounting standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.

• Support audit activities and maintain appropriate financial documentation.

• Follow internal control procedures and accounting policies.

• Use MS Excel for financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Open to freshers with 0–1 year of experience.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

• Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Understanding of financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.

• Knowledge of accounting standards, particularly Ind AS and IFRS.

• Understanding of auditing principles and internal controls.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
