Job Overview
We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers for the position of Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and accounting standards.
The candidate will support month-end closing activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal control processes.
Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.
Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
Knowledge of financial statements, Profit & Loss (P&L), and balance sheets.
Understanding of accounting standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.
Knowledge of auditing and internal controls.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and accounting documentation.
Experience
Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
