About the Role

We are looking for experienced FP&A professionals with strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in P&L ownership, working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financial controllership, preferably within Big Four consulting firms or the FMCG and Tobacco industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and zero-based budgeting initiatives.

• Own P&L performance analysis, including revenue, cost, profitability, and margin analysis.

• Perform budget-versus-actual variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.

• Drive working capital optimization, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Develop financial models, management reports, dashboards, and performance presentations.

• Support financial controllership, governance, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial planning processes.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support US business operations as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership.

• Education: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

• Preferred Organizations: KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY, and leading FMCG or Tobacco companies.

• Career Levels: CL-8 and CL-9.

• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details & Hiring Information

• Base Location: Gurgaon

• Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon are welcome.

• Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)

• Shift: US shift timings; exact schedule to be confirmed.

• Notice Period: 30–45 days preferred.

• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility within the designated hiring zone.

• Documentation: As per standard company policy.
