Role Overview

We are hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business intelligence, and commercial finance operations. The role involves leading an FP&A team, managing service delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, and leveraging Oracle ERP/EPM solutions to deliver strategic financial insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
Manage the annual corporate budget and rolling forecasts.
Develop financial models and provide strategic business recommendations.
Lead FP&A service delivery while ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to support strategic decisions.
Utilize Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.
Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
Ensure data governance and financial reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
Strong experience in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting.
Team Leadership and People Management.
Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management.
Service Delivery & SLA Management.
Resource Planning.
Oracle ERP.
Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM.
Advanced MS Excel.
Power BI.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
