We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join our team and turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts

- Perform detailed variance analysis on revenue, costs, margins and working capital

- Prepare monthly and ad hoc management reports

- Analyse financial trends and business drivers

- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning

- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Maintain KPI trackers and support performance reviews

- Identify financial risks and opportunities

- Improve reporting processes, controls and data quality

- Support junior analysts through mentoring and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance

- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting

- Strong understanding of revenue, costs, gross margin and working capital

- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, Pivot Tables and complex lookups

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to independently manage recurring deliverables and meet deadlines

⭐ Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Merchandise or CPG are highly preferred.

Experience with SAP ECC/ERP, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, TM1, SAP Analytics Cloud or OneStream is an added advantage.
