2. Job Description : 

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering. The ideal candidate will have strong P&L ownership experience, expertise in working capital management and cash flow forecasting, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial performance.

6. Key Responsibilities : 

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

• Own and monitor P&L performance, identifying key financial drivers and improvement opportunities.

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting to improve financial efficiency.

• Drive zero-based budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

• Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Identify financial risks, evaluate business performance, and recommend corrective actions.

• Support continuous improvement in financial planning processes and reporting practices.

7. Qualifications : 

• CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial controlling.

• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.

• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in FMCG or tobacco industries is preferred.

• Experience with leading professional services firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, or EY is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
