FP&A Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an FP&A Team Lead with strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills. The candidate will analyze financial performance, monitor key performance indicators, prepare financial reports, develop financial models, and provide insights to senior management to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.

• Monitor key performance indicators and investigate unexpected financial variances.

• Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses.

• Develop business intelligence tools, dashboards, and financial performance reports.

• Evaluate business processes to improve efficiency, ROI, and financial performance.

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate, timely recommendations to management.

• Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze financial trends, variances, and performance indicators.

• Strong result orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of Oracle is an added advantage.

• Language proficiency in English and French or German, as required for the role.

Education:

• Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• CA or CPA qualification highly preferred.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
