FP&A Team Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Team Lead to analyze financial trends, manage budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. You will oversee financial reporting, develop models, and drive process efficiencies.


Education

Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance – required


CA/CPA – highly preferred


Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized


Skills

Language requirement: English, French, German – required

Good domain expertise


Good understanding of Oracle will be a plus


Responsibilities

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures


Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance


Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools


Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis


Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports


Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports


Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts, and new projects


Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives


Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management


Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis
