About the Role

We are hiring an experienced FP&A Team Lead to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and strategic financial analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience developing financial models, and the ability to provide actionable financial insights to senior management.

Top 5 Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenditure and financial KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps.

2. Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans and financial modelling activities.

3. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, dashboards and ad-hoc management reports.

4. Develop financial models and business analyses to support strategic initiatives, ROI assessment, pricing decisions and new projects.

5. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to provide financial recommendations, improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.

• Budgeting and Financial Forecasting.

• Financial Modelling and Variance Analysis.

• Management Reporting and KPI Analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• High standards of accuracy, precision and organization.

Language Requirements

English, French and German are listed in the requirement. The exact proficiency expectations for each language should be confirmed with the hiring team.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and financial dashboards.

• Experience evaluating ROI, pricing and business performance.

Educational Qualification

Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

CA / CPA qualification is highly preferred.
