• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

• Manage P&L ownership and provide financial insights to support business performance and profitability.

• Drive business partnering with stakeholders to align financial plans with organizational objectives.

• Oversee working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

• Implement zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Support financial control activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial efficiency and business outcomes.

Preferred Industry & Target Companies

Candidates with relevant experience in FMCG, Tobacco, or consulting firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, and EY are preferred.

Exclusion Criteria: Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Sales and Marketing should not be considered.
