German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German)

We are looking for an experienced German Language Processor Lead to join a global HR Shared Services team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations, HR service delivery, and German language support.

Responsibilities

Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support for German-speaking employees.
Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
Process onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, leave administration, and offboarding activities.
Support HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
Partner with global HR teams to deliver excellent employee support.
Mentor HR Operations team members and drive continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

8–10 years of HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience.
German language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma Certification
Workday Certification
Goethe German Certification

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹11–12 LPA
