Job Description – German Language Specialist – Cards Operations
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–10 years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational reports.
Ensure timely completion of client deliverables and process requirements.
Use MS Office tools effectively for daily operations and reporting.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills.
Deliver effective presentations when required.
Use German language skills in both written and verbal communication.
Required Skills
2–10 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in German – written and verbal.
Knowledge/experience in Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.
Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Strong client communication skills.
Ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation.
