Role Overview
We are looking for a German Language Specialist – Cards Operations to support cards-related operations, specifically Disputes & Collections. The role requires strong German written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, client communication, MIS reporting, and the ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections activities.
Review and analyze card-related disputes, collection cases, and supporting information.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in German and English as required.
Analyze operational data and identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational performance reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of assigned cases.
Meet stringent client deliverables, SLAs, quality standards, and process timelines.
Prepare and deliver presentations and operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
Use MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, documentation, and presentations.
Collaborate with team members and management to resolve operational issues.
Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams.
Follow defined process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
2–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong written and verbal German language proficiency.
Knowledge of Cards Operations, Disputes & Collections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in MIS reporting and operational data analysis.
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet stringent client deliverables and timelines.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
