Role: Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (GWS SME)
Location: Indore OR Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (depending on current CTC & relevant experience)
We are hiring Google Workspace Subject Matter Experts for a leading global technology client.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace Billing, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and administration
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace Mail (Gmail) administration and issue resolution
- Ability to handle escalations and act as L2/L3 support for Google Workspace-related queries
- Excellent communication skills and customer-handling experience in an international voice process
- Certification in Google Workspace Administrator (AGWA) is highly preferred
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts and a 6-day working week
