Procurement Operations – Spanish Language Expert
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: Flexible to work in shifts – 5:00 PM–2:30 AM / 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Operations – Spanish Language Expert to support procurement operations and Spanish-language business processes. The role involves handling procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation, interpreting Spanish-language inputs, ensuring process compliance, and meeting defined quality and SLA requirements.
The candidate should have good Spanish language proficiency along with a basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Key Skills
Spanish language proficiency – reading, understanding, and communication.
Basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Understanding of PR/SC handling and PO creation support.
Knowledge of process compliance and SLA management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Spanish-language support for procurement operations and business communications.
Receive, review, and validate Purchase Requisition (PR)/Service Request (SC) requests.
Support PO creation after completing standard process and compliance checks.
Interpret and process Spanish-language inputs where required.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests in line with SLAs.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics.
Handle queries from customers and third-party stakeholders.
Follow up on open items and ensure timely resolution.
Follow the customer-defined escalation matrix for unresolved issues.
Participate in peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Identify and support implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Follow standard operating procedures, training manuals, and internal compliance requirements.
Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Attend weekly calls and business discussions with the client's local team as required.
Ensure products and procurement requests are processed to support timely delivery.
Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, productivity, and SLA adherence.
Work with the immediate supervisor on personal development and performance improvement plans.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience with Spanish language proficiency and basic exposure to procurement, supply chain, or related operations. The candidate should be comfortable working in shifts and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
