About Role
We are hiring HR Operations Associates – German Language Support to join a global HR operations team in Bangalore (Whitefield). This opportunity is open to candidates from any industry or functional background who possess strong German language skills and are interested in supporting Hire to Retire (HRO) processes.
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts required)
Experience: 1–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) is mandatory
* B2, C1, or C2 German language certification is mandatory
* Strong written and spoken German communication skills
* Good English communication skills
* Open to candidates from any domain or industry
* Experience in HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) is preferred but not mandatory
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Willing to work from the Bangalore office
* Flexible to work 24/7 rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR Operations and Hire to Retire (HRO) processes
* Handle German-language communication and operational support
* Coordinate HR process activities with internal stakeholders
* Maintain process accuracy and meet operational timelines
* Use MS Office for reporting and daily operational activities
* Support day-to-day HR operations in a work-from-office environment
