We are hiring Italian Customer Service Associates to support a Banking process. If you are proficient in Italian (B2 level or above) and are looking to build or advance your career in customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 0–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on skills and experience)
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* B2 or higher proficiency in the Italian language is required
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they hold a full-time Commerce degree
* Candidates from other degree disciplines must have prior work experience
* Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred but not mandatory
* Average English communication skills
* Ability to read, understand, and translate the Italian language
* Willing to work from the office in Mumbai (Powai)
* Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate before joining
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support for banking-related inquiries
* Handle customer requests through appropriate communication channels
* Read, understand, and translate Italian communications accurately
* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
* Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational targets
