HR Delivery Lead – L&D (German Language B2.2+)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 16–18 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead – L&D with German language proficiency to lead large-scale global HR Shared Services and Hire-to-Retire operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, BPS Service Operations, Service Management, contract management, and SLA/KPI reporting.
German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above is mandatory.
Must-Have Skills
German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above.
16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
Strong experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting.
Hands-on experience in contract management and SLA/KPI reporting.
Proven experience managing large-scale global delivery operations.
Strong client, stakeholder, team management, and leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).
Experience managing global HR Shared Services and Hire-to-Retire processes.
Exposure to Learning & Development operations and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
Ensure achievement of service levels, operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Establish governance frameworks to drive operational excellence, accountability, compliance, and predictable service outcomes.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements.
Build trusted relationships with clients and German-speaking stakeholders.
Conduct governance reviews, performance reporting, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
Manage contractual commitments and SLA/KPI performance.
Learning & Development
Provide leadership and oversight for global Learning & Development operations.
Drive capability development, training readiness, and talent development initiatives.
Support standardization and continuous improvement of L&D processes.
Transformation & Technology
Drive HR transformation, service modernization, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
Leverage automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI to improve service outcomes and operational efficiency.
Work with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
Workforce & Talent Leadership
Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, succession planning, and talent management.
Lead multi-location and multicultural teams supporting global customer engagements.
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams.
Financial & Commercial Accountability
Manage account-level financial performance, revenue realization, margins, productivity, and cost optimization.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, transformation, and value creation.
Risk, Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal governance standards, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
