HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing German Language (B2.2+)

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing German Language to lead large-scale global HR Shared Services and Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRO/HR Shared Services or Global Business Services, excellent German language proficiency, and proven expertise in service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI management, contract management, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Establish governance frameworks to drive accountability, compliance, and predictable service outcomes.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements.
Build strong relationships with client and German-speaking stakeholders.
Conduct governance reviews, performance reporting, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
Manage contractual commitments, SLA reporting, and service delivery governance.

HR Operations & Transformation

Lead H2R processes including Talent Acquisition, Core HR Administration, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle Services.
Drive process standardization, simplification, digitization, and operational excellence.
Lead HR transformation initiatives using automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI.
Work with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.

Workforce & Talent Leadership

Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, succession planning, and talent management.
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams.
Lead multi-location and multicultural teams supporting global customers.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

Manage account-level financial performance, revenue realization, margins, productivity, and cost optimization.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, service transformation, and value creation.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal governance standards, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and service quality.

Must-Have Skills

German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above.
16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
Strong experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management.
Experience in contract management and SLA/KPI reporting.
Strong experience in global service delivery and operational governance.
Proven experience managing large, multi-location and multicultural teams.
Excellent client management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong HRO background.
Experience with global H2R operations.
Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HCM platforms.
Experience in HR analytics, data analytics, AI, automation, or RPA.
Relevant HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA certifications.
