HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing German Language (B2.2+)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 16–18 Years
Band: BPO 6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead with strong German language proficiency and expertise in HRO / HR Shared Services. The role will lead global HR delivery operations, stakeholder management, service governance, transformation, and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
Must Have
German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 or above
Experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting
Strong experience in contract management and SLA reporting
16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services
Strong leadership experience managing global, multicultural teams
Excellent client, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred
HRO / HR Shared Services background
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD
Exposure to HR Analytics, Automation, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI
Certifications in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
Manage service levels, KPIs, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements and senior stakeholders.
Drive HR transformation, process standardization, automation, analytics, AI, and Agentic AI initiatives.
Own workforce planning, staffing, capability development, and talent management.
Manage account-level financial performance, productivity, margins, and cost optimization.
Ensure contractual, compliance, audit, data privacy, and governance requirements are met.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, transformation, and account growth.
